NOTE: Age is the year you were born

15 and Under (born 1995 and later)	30-39 (born 1971 - 1980)
16-21 (born 1989 - 1994)	40-49 (born 1961 - 1970)
22-29 (born 1981 - 1988)	50-59 (born 1951 - 1960)
60+ (born 1950 and before)

PLUS
Kids 1200m run

8 & Under (Born 2002 & later)
9 & 10 Years (Born 2000 & 2001)
11 & 12 Years (Born 1998 & 1999)

First, second and third place boy and girl in each age group receive prize or medal. All participants receive a certificate of completion. No times will be recorded

LOCATION
Bicentennial Park, Kooringai Ave, Yarra Bay, 2036. Start and Finish line are located together.

HOW TO GET THERE
• South bound along Bunnerong Rd, turn right at Yarra Rd and follow until you get to Kooringai Ave, turn right.
• South bound along Anzac Pde when the road arrives at the intersection with Bunnerong Rd go straight ahead into Canara Ave, turn left at the end into Yarra Rd and follow until you get to Kooringai Ave and turn right.

TIME
8.30am: Kids Running Races Start
9.00am: Salmat Fun Run and Walk Start

RACING NUMBERS
Participants will need to pick up on the day at the 'Race Number Pick Up' Tent from 7.30am on race day:
• Race Number • Pins to adhere Race Number • Timing Chip (to be returned at completion of event at finish line)

CHIROPRACTORS
Chiropractors from Macquarie University will be available for
'post race tune up' FREE to participants

FREE healthy fruit breakfast for all finishers

PRIZES
All Fun Run and Walk Finishers will receive a show bags. Participants in kids events will not receive show bags.

DRINK STATIONS
Drinks Stations will be located at the start finish area and half way along the course. Water Only.

TOILET FACILITIES
Toilets are located at the amenities block adjacent to the start finish.

BAG TENT
Bags can be left at the 'Bag Tent' but please make sure they are clearly marked with your race number. Please do not leave any valuables in the bag.

PRESENTATION
Will be held as soon as possible after the fun run & walk has finished.

RESULTS
Full results will be listed on the website; winners of categories will be announced at the end of the race.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Buses travelling to La Perouse (393, 392, 394) will drop you off at the junction of Anzac Pde and Bunnerong Road and Bicentennial Park is a 5-10 minute walk down Canara Avenue and left at Yarra Road will take you to Kooringai Road and Bicentennial Park.

CAR PARKING
is available at the public car parks at Bicentennial Park. However the places are limited and there is on street parking in the surrounding area. Yarra Bay Sailing Club has a car park but is only open to Members Only; Please be courteous and do not park in the Members Only car park.

SAFETY
All Walkers and Participants with Prams please start at the back of the group on the start line.

POST EVENT
There will be entertainment on the stage after the completion of the Yarra BayFun Run & Walk and then the presentation of awards.

Yarra Bay Sailing Club will be opening their Sporting Legends Bar for families to enjoy when the presentation is completed so please stay around and enjoy the beauty and hospitality of Yarra Bay.

Don't forget to bring your swimming costumes for a post race swim!
